To commemorate the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia in 2025, Madhava Persada Group organized a series of activities focused on teamwork and strengthening the spirit of nationalism. The celebration served as a moment to foster togetherness and reinforce the value of gotong royong within the workplace. Employees were divided into six groups, each consisting of five to six members. This team-based system was designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and cohesion among team members.
A variety of group games were held, including word arrangement challenges, water relay races, straw-to-cup games, water balloon volleyball, and rope untangling activities. In addition, a “Most Creative Team” award was presented based on creativity in team chants, uniformity of costumes, and overall teamwork demonstrated throughout the games.
In addition to group activities, the celebration was further enlivened by individual competitions, such as PES tournaments and table tennis matches in both singles and doubles categories. These activities provided employees with the opportunity to showcase their individual skills in a healthy and competitive atmosphere. Through the 2025 Independence Day celebration, Madhava Persada Group hopes that the spirit of nationalism, teamwork, and sportsmanship will continue to grow and become an integral part of the company’s work culture in facing future challenges.
