On November 10, 2025, Madhava Persada Group conducted a fire emergency response training for its employees. This activity aimed to enhance employees’ understanding and preparedness in facing potential fire emergencies in the workplace.
During the training, employees were provided with theoretical materials covering the concept of the fire triangle, common causes of fires in office environments, and the types of fires that may occur. In addition, participants gained knowledge about various types of fire extinguishers (APAR), their respective functions, and explanations on when fire extinguishers can be used safely and effectively.
The training also discussed the steps that should be taken in the event of a fire, starting from reporting procedures and initial fire suppression efforts to proper evacuation processes in accordance with safety standards. To complement the theoretical session, the activity continued with a practical fire extinguisher exercise, where employees directly practiced fire suppression techniques as a simulation of fire emergency handling.
Through this fire emergency response training, Madhava Persada Group hopes that all employees will possess basic knowledge and skills in dealing with emergency situations, thereby helping to create a safer, more responsive, and safety-oriented work environment.
