The celebration of the 2024 Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia at Madhava Persada Group was carried out with a more thematic and creative concept. Employees wore costumes inspired by traditional regional attire, national heroes, and iconic Indonesian characters, reflecting the rich cultural diversity of the archipelago.
Various games and activities were organized to enliven the celebration, including memory madness, paper jumping challenges, water relay races, and balloon-popping games. Each activity was designed to encourage teamwork, agility, and effective communication among employees.
In addition to the games, the celebration also featured a tumpeng ceremony, where employees shared a traditional rice cone meal as an expression of gratitude for independence. Through this series of activities, Madhava Persada Group hopes that the values of togetherness, unity, and the spirit of independence will continue to grow and be reflected in the company’s daily working environment.
