In January 2023, Madhava Persada Group held a Company Gathering in Dieng, Central Java. The two-day event aimed to strengthen togetherness among employees while serving as a moment of appreciation for their contributions throughout the previous year.
The Company Gathering featured a series of activities, including an Awarding Night as a form of recognition for outstanding employees through the Best Employee Award. The event was also enlivened by a gift exchange and employee birthday celebrations, all carried out in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Furthermore, all employees enjoyed a barbecue session together, followed by various leisure activities. On the following day, the program continued with outbound games designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and solidarity among employees.
