In early 2024, Madhava Persada Group held a Company Gathering in the Bromo–Tengger National Park area and Batu City, East Java. The three-day event took place in January 2024 and served as a moment of togetherness as well as a refreshing break for all employees after a year of work activities.
The program began with a visit to the Bromo–Tengger National Park, where employees participated in various activities such as jeep tours, exploring the hilly landscape, group photo sessions, and shared meals. The agenda then continued in Batu City.
During their time in Batu, participants enjoyed a combination of recreational and educational activities, including visits to Jatim Park 1, Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 2, and Eco Green Park. These activities provided enjoyable experiences while strengthening interaction and bonding among employees outside the work environment.
As the highlight of the event, an Awarding Night was held as a form of appreciation from the company for employees’ dedication and contributions. Through the Company Gathering 2024, Madhava Persada Group hopes to further strengthen teamwork, work enthusiasm, and create a harmonious working environment.
