Madhava Persada Group organized its Company Gathering 2025 in Bali in January 2025. The event was enthusiastically attended by all employees and served as a moment of togetherness as well as a means of relaxation after daily work routines.
Over the course of six days, employees visited various tourist destinations across the island of Bali. The first destination was Ulun Danu Beratan Temple in Bedugul, where employees enjoyed the surrounding scenery and boat activities. In the evening, an Awarding Night was held as a form of appreciation for employees’ dedication and contributions, including the announcement of the Best Employee.
On the following day, activities continued with a visit to Alam Tirta for a paintball session, followed by lunch together. In the afternoon, employees visited popular souvenir centers, Krishna and Joger, before ending the day with a culinary experience featuring Balinese specialties at Nasi Tempong Indra.
The next day, the group visited Tanjung Benoa to enjoy the beach atmosphere and participate in banana boat activities. The journey then continued to Uluwatu Temple, followed by watching the traditional Kecak Dance performance. The day’s activities were concluded with a dinner together in the Jimbaran area.
Through the Company Gathering 2025, Madhava Persada Group hopes to further strengthen togetherness and solidarity among employees, while also enhancing work motivation and collaboration within the company.
