Similar to many other companies, work activities at Madhava Persada Group are largely carried out behind the scenes, involving prolonged use of computers, laptops, and other digital devices. Such conditions require high visual accuracy and may affect eye health if not balanced with proper work patterns and appropriate care.
As a form of concern for employees’ eye health, Madhava Persada Group organized an eye health check-up for all employees on July 29, 2025. This eye examination aimed to identify each employee’s visual condition, whether normal or experiencing issues such as nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), or astigmatism. In addition, employees received education on preventive measures for visual impairment, healthier work habits, and appropriate treatments if any indications of eye problems were found.
Through this activity, Madhava Persada Group hopes that employees will become more aware of the importance of maintaining eye health as part of long-term productivity and work quality. A healthy work environment is believed to support optimal performance.
