Continuing its commitment from the previous year, Madhava Persada Group once again organized routine employee Medical Check-Ups (MCU) throughout 2024 as part of its efforts to strengthen a healthy work culture within the company. The MCU program was conducted quarterly, in February, May, August, and November 2024.
The Medical Check-Ups included examinations of blood pressure, blood glucose levels, cholesterol, oxygen saturation, uric acid levels, and Body Mass Index (BMI). These regular health assessments were carried out to ensure that employees’ health conditions remained well maintained amid dynamic work activities. All participants took part in the program in an orderly and enthusiastic manner. Notably, the highest number of participants in 2024 was recorded in August, with a total of 41 employees.
This program goes beyond routine health screening, serving as a preventive effort to raise employees’ awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. By fostering better physical well-being, the company hopes to continuously enhance productivity, work focus, and employees’ overall quality of life.
